My wife and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. We had just finished test driving a vehicle and wanted a simple printed invoice of what the price + fees would be. The manager named Anas dealership. We had just finished test driving a vehicle and wanted a simple printed invoice of what the price + fees would be. The manager named Anas came to our table and had the audacity to say and I quote "You want me to work for you for nothing?”. Apparently having to plug in a few numbers on his computer and print it out was too much work and not worth the sale of a brand new car. With that kind of treatment even before I buy the car I can only imagine how horrible it would be after the purchase. The salesman we had before the manager showed up was trying to earn our business, it’s too bad the manager had to show up and ruin the sale. We won't be returning to them when we buy a car later this week. More

Not once did I feel pressured or rushed by him. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I got the car I loved at a great deal. I enjoyed my experience so much, I brought my brother down today and he got a brand new Kia Soul. Again the experience was wonderful. They really helped him out in a major way considering his credit wasn't that great. They explained e logistics of finance world which made our decision easier to make on how we would go about purchasing the car. I just wanna thank you guys for your hard work and being so great! I love my Kia and it was great to see the smile on my brother and his wife face. They went from owning a broken down car to getting a new car!
