Both salesmen were very easy to work with. Both knew our price range and worked with us. Would definately recommend Rabii Chatoui and Anas Lazaar to others looking for a new car. We were in a tight situat price range and worked with us. Would definately recommend Rabii Chatoui and Anas Lazaar to others looking for a new car. Unfortunately I have to change my previous review of this dealership as I am very disappointed. First let me start by saying Anas Lazaar was an excellent salesman. He got the job done, I purchased a truck. H dealership as I am very disappointed. First let me start by saying Anas Lazaar was an excellent salesman. He got the job done, I purchased a truck. However, it took several trips to the dealer to finalize this sale (not his fault), and it is still not complete as to myself being a satisfied customer. I requested several times to be given a due bill for a tire sensor (this was on a Sunday). Several different people told me repeatedly it was not the tire sensor. I was finally given a due bill and returned the next evening (Monday) to finalize the sale and take care of the due bill. Again I was told several times it was not a sensor. The service dept put air in the tire and the light was still on. Due to time restraint in the service dept I agreed to return on Saturday. When I returned Saturday I was told the tires were replaced at some point prior to sale and the tire codes had to be reset, but Kia could not do that because it was a Nissan truck. So my concern after hearing this news is how could it have been properly inspected before being placed on the lot for sale in the first place if Kia could not reset Nissan codes? Then I was told Kia would have to make an appointment with the Nissan dealer across the street to reset the codes. This would have made the 4th 40 minute trip for me. I questioned why if this was so easy couldn't they just drive across the street and have it done since I live 40 minutes away. I was told Nissan service dept was booked for the day and there were no other options. Guess what, I drove directly over to Nissan and had the truck checked myself. No waiting! $250 later it was a tire sensor!!! I paid out of my pocket to have a repair done that was supposed to be taken care of per a due bill by this dealership. So now it appears I am out $250, plus my time and gas for all these trips back and forth. Once the repair was completed and paid for out of my own pocket I drove back across the street with a copy of the due bill and repair receipt showing it was the tire sensor. Of course no one was there to issue a refund or discuss this matter. 5 days later and daily phone calls about this matter.....still no refund. So another 40 minute trip I must make on Saturday to discuss this matter again! Maybe Joe Rossi will be there to discuss this matter with me since his staff has no answers. If you ask me how I feel about my purchase, I didnt get a good deal and I am very unhappy with my purchase as it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Right now, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and I will openly discuss this matter to anyone who asks! More

We had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to find us the exact vehicle we wanted and arranged for it to be brought here for us. They answered all our questions k and helpful. They were able to find us the exact vehicle we wanted and arranged for it to be brought here for us. They answered all our questions knowledgably and were able to demonstrate all the features and explain them to us in depth. Anas was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We did not feel pressured to make a decision and were given the opportunity to think about it without feeling guilty. They have exceeded our expectations both in customer service and in quality and price. More

The dealership had alot of great cars on the lot and no lack of sales people to help out. We went earlier in the week and were lucky enough to get Mr. Lazaar as our sales rep. He was super friendly and kno lack of sales people to help out. We went earlier in the week and were lucky enough to get Mr. Lazaar as our sales rep. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and took us to exactly what we were looking for. He explained to us all about the car and was patient with our 2 year old. When we came back to make our decision tonight we had decided to go with a different car. We took up alot of time but he was with us all the way and did everything he could to help us out. My 2 year old loved him and he was more than understanding. Not only do I recommend this dealership but also Mr. Lazaar! Can't wait to drive our Kia home tomorrow! More
