I was looking for and bought a 2012 KIA Optima SX from KIA Orlando West. I was helped by Anas Lazaar who was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted a Corsa Blue Optima SX. Anas went above and beyond KIA Orlando West. I was helped by Anas Lazaar who was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted a Corsa Blue Optima SX. Anas went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my vehicle and is part of the reason why I rated the experience as 5 (Great). Although the dealership is about a 1 1/2 hr drive the experience was worth it and sometime in the near future will be going back to help look for a Sportage or Sorento for my mother. Others have asked about the Optima and I have referred them to KIA Orlando West and for them to have Anas help them. Just be realistic when buying that the price can change a few thousand dollars quickly from multiple state and federal taxes, licenses, fees and other required charges that are added. More

This delearship should be closed down. They used bait and switch tactics on us . They presented a car with one vin number and one price when it came time to sign the papers a different vin number and price w switch tactics on us . They presented a car with one vin number and one price when it came time to sign the papers a different vin number and price were on the paperwork. Their sales staff was miss leading . We were told we would have a two year service aggreement ( coupons) for our new car purchase. we were told we would get tinted windows ( but we had to give the sales force a 10 on the survey after the sale. There were items on the sales sticker that were not even on our vehicle. This dealership should be closed down. The senior management must know what is happening at their company. This group fits right in with the typical car salesman stereo type. More

The level of dishonesty is astounding. To sweeten the deal, we were offered free window tinting. It turned out that it was through a third party, and the sales person would only arrange for it after we deal, we were offered free window tinting. It turned out that it was through a third party, and the sales person would only arrange for it after we rated him a "10" when contacted by Kia for a survey. The window tinting isn't worth it; I will rate the salespeople honestly. We were told that we would have free oil changes and tire rotations for the first two years after purchase. When we left the dealership, the service center was closed, so we were told to come back the following week to obtain the paperwork to get those oil changes/tire rotations. The next week, we were told that they don't offer that, that they never said that, and that they gave us enough of a discount already! Also, when negotiating the price of the car, they salespeople had the car valued at $27,000.00. After signing the contract, we saw that the actual price of the car was only $22,900.00. Even after all the additional costs were added on, it came to $25,000.00. We feel like we've just been scammed in a shell game. I would never recommend this dealership. More

I visited Orlando Kia after a poor experience with another Orlando area Kia dealership. Anas was very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in providing a high quality experience. While I did not another Orlando area Kia dealership. Anas was very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in providing a high quality experience. While I did not get the best possible price, I do feel that I got the best deal in that I felt that I was working with honest people that I could trust. That peace of mind holds much more value than the few dollars extra that I might have spent. The Finance manager, Sekula, was very pleasant to work with and made the tedious process of completing the sale enjoyable. Above all else, I appreciated the way that everyone in the dealership treated my family, especially my 22 month old daughter. I would highly recommend Orlando Kia West to any potential Kia buyer.
