I was very disappointed with the "deal". As I was promised certain things and they did not happen, so I was basically lied to. Scamming a senior citizen is not a very nice thing to do. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a good experience at Kia West. Everyone there made it so easy and low-stress. I expected the usual sales pressure, but instead I got real conversations, hon experience at Kia West. Everyone there made it so easy and low-stress. I expected the usual sales pressure, but instead I got real conversations, honest answers, and even a few laughs. Mario was awesome, super patient (even when I asked a million questions), and they really listened to what I wanted instead of pushing me toward something more expensive. The paperwork part was surprisingly painless, and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new car. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be sending friends their way! More
