You guys suck. Last time I was in, with a scheduled appt, it took over 4 hours to have my oil changed. Very disturbing trying to get a lose beam headlight replaced, once they figured out how to have the part available at the shop there was no problem, they told me the part was 150$, they charged me 225$ replaced, once they figured out how to have the part available at the shop there was no problem, they told me the part was 150$, they charged me 225$.
