I bought a used certified 2019 car recently from Volvo Norwood, they are very responsive till the sale happens. My car had many issues, their service department sucks and they dont even know how to fix a Norwood, they are very responsive till the sale happens. My car had many issues, their service department sucks and they dont even know how to fix a simple thing. I wouldn't recommencement them to anyone. If you need peace of mind, please stay away from them. They offer you warranty and coverage for 2 months,but once the sale happened, they dont even care about you and its very hard to reach them, they dont even answer the call. Very bad experience working with them. More

Sold me a used car. Took four weeks to get an inspection and fix the bumpers. Finally picked up the car on a Saturday. Mechanic looked at on the following Monday. The dealership wouldn’t fix it. Lemon law kicks in and got my money back however it’s still on their lot with the same price. Not sure how the inspection sticker got on there in the first place. Gave us a story that due to no engine light on the inspection went through however when my mechanic had it on the lift it took him 30 seconds to see the MAJOR problem. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERB CHAMBERS EVER! NO TRUST! Nothing but a huge pain, lots of my time and the worst experience for my child since this was their first purchase. Nightmare experience. Tried to sell me another one too lol which is not easy to unwind loans and insurance as well as registration. Gross experience. Want a used car go to a used car dealership that knows what they are doing. Don’t waste your time here. More
