Nelson (my salesman) EVEN OFFERED to drive 45 minutes on his DAY OFF to my house to bring me my front license plate that they couldnt get off the day I bought my vehicle because it was rusted on and the services department was closed already (couldnt cut the plate off). I couldnt let him drive to me on his day off, but I couldn't believe he offered! Rodney was sweet and very playful, made the paperwork (almost!) Enjoyable. Paola was very kind, worked hard to answer my questions and even set up my bluetooth for me on my phone! More

Incredible. Sterling and Paolo wonderful. We looked at several options with Sterling. He was very informative and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about the cars and honest, no games. H We looked at several options with Sterling. He was very informative and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about the cars and honest, no games. He reviewed the finances carefully and gave us enough data to make the decision that was best for me. There were no surprises. The dealership gave us a good offer on my trade. Paulo knows her cars and was patient with me learning all the new bells and whistles I had not yet had in a car as mine was 6 years old (I am new to all the technology). And she made if fun, not anxiety producing. End to end I am very happy with the entire experience. Thanks Sterling and Paola! More

The sales staff spent a lot of time explaining the cost of a lease, the other additional services that were available to me. Since the color of the car of the car wasn’t in their inventory, they located one nearby, installed a remote start in it and I was able to meet with sales team within a few days. Both Kevon, Rodney, and Andi spent a great of time with me and my husband to make sure that we were happy with the terms of our lease and the other services that we acquired there. It was a very painless process and by far the best that I had with a new car acquisition. I would highly recommend Premier Subaru! More

A dealership that values you and your business. I was looking for a used car for my college-age son, something dependable and not really expensive. The dealer had a few on the lot and one undergoing 'clean-up' before being put on the lot. I waited a few days and when I didn't see any new info about the one being cleaned up, I sent an email to the owner of the dealership. He answered me the same evening. We had a few emails back and forth, discussing different vehicles, different maintenance concerns, and financial issues. The 'clean-up' vehicle was finally put on the lot and I took it for a good test drive- acceleration, braking, alignment, noise-rattles, fit and finish, etc. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The price was good and they gave me more for my trade-in than other dealers had offered. I bought the car and drove it home the next day. I contacted the owner/CEO one last time and told him of my experience, the good things and the less-than-perfect things. He explained everything in detail- so much so that I was confident I got a very decent deal on the vehicle. Now the owner runs several dealerships and heaven knows he must have more important things to do than spend time answering my lengthy emails- but he did. I'm confident I got a good deal on a good car and I didn't need to spend $30,000 to do it. If this owner treats a less-than-$10,000 customer with such care, I believe he treats everyone with such care. My next car will also be from Premier. I think that's the best recommendation I can give. More
