I chose not to get my car fixed there because 17,000 for a new transmission is beyond understanding since it’s not worth it to pay that price for a transmission. Also, the transmission is not in stock, which does not help the situation.

I had an appointment set and sat in the dock waiting for
someone to come for at least 15 minutes. It was during lunch time but if lunchtime was an issue, then they shouldn't schedule during that time. I h

I had to walk into the dealership to ask if anyone was going to help me and take my car in. They normally would wash my car, and they didn't, maybe they wanted to give it back quicker because I had waited in the beginning, but I like the extra steps they take to service your car and wash it. Andre was great once I went into the dealership to ask about my service.

However, we sincerely apologize for the initial delay you experienced upon arrival. Waiting in the service drive for 15 minutes with an appointment is certainly not the efficient experience we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration at having to come inside to initiate the process. You are absolutely right—if we schedule appointments during a specific time, we must ensure proper staffing and coverage to meet our clients immediately. We are reviewing our scheduling and staff break procedures to ensure that the service drive is never left unattended, regardless of the time of day.
Regarding the car wash, we apologize that this step was missed. We understand that these "extra steps" are part of the premium service experience you expect from us, and we are disappointed that we fell short on this visit. We typically include a wash as a courtesy, and while it's possible it was expedited to return your vehicle more quickly, that should have been communicated to you first.
