A little about myself....... I am really into sports, I enjoy basketball, softball and volleyball. I went to UW Platteville for education. Since then I went oversees and played basketball for 6 years, then came back and worked for Valvoline for 13 years and have been at John Paul's Buick GMC for the past 2 years. Happy the service department was open during these bad times I had 5% oil left but I would be panicked if the light went on and you guys were not open. Thanks for that!! Buying a car at John Paul’s was a very positive experience. We were welcomed by Randy and Andre and felt comfortable and not pressured. Lost opportunity I purchased a used vehicle 3 years ago from here. I returned to purchase a brand new Yukon Danali XL. I signed a deal and gave money down and was told I purchased a used vehicle 3 years ago from here. I returned to purchase a brand new Yukon Danali XL. I signed a deal and gave money down and was told the vehicle would be in the Monday before Christmas so I could surprise my wife. When Monday came around I was called and told that they could not get the car till after Christmas. Then when the day after Christmas rolled around I was told that they could not get the car at all. I went to another dealer and bought a Cadillac Escalade ESV. The only thing that went well was Dave Cornilianson tried to do his best to make it right. He was very professional and did a great job.
