Great experience all around Andre was knowledgeable, available and respectful of our time. It never felt like the typical car buying experience. We didn't feel rushed and we were given all the information we needed. Andre was very patient when we asked multiple questions (some even multiple times!). When we set appointments, he was on time and made sure we weren't being held up longer than necessary. Great job! More

Andre and the dealership team worked with me to meet my targeted monthly payment. They listened to both my wish-list for the truck and my financial boundaries and did not pressure me during the negotiations. I was especially impressed with how knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and professional Andre was throughout the entire process. Fred Anderson had the vehicle on the lot exactly as we wanted, none of the other local dealers had anything even to look at. Within a minute or two we were approached by Andre Robinson, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. He was able to answer a bunch of questions very quickly and allowed us to determine that this truck was what we wanted. We sat down, made a deal very quickly that was acceptable and wrapped up everything promptly. Stephanie Johns in finance explained our options and we decided what we wanted to do and that was that. She was able to pull our paperwork together efficiently and quickly as well. The truck was immaculately prepped and full of gas exactly as we wanted. All in all, a great experience from top to bottom on the exact truck we wanted at a VERY good price. Anybody looking for a Toyota should give this dealer, Andre Robinson and Stephanie Johns a visit. More

Quick and great experience on new car purchase I came in Friday afternoon to test drive a RAV4 and within 4 hours I was driving off the lot in my brand new car. Andre was very knowledgable and took his time showing me the features of the car and helping me set up navigation and sync my phone. He showed me around the service area and introduced me to Terry while waiting for my car to be cleaned and fueled up. Chris was thorough with the documents and financing.
