Our 2015 Prius had been totaled (not our fault, we were impressed with how safe the areas of the seats maintained themselves) , and I needed a new car fairly quickly, though was still suffering effects of a concussion. Our settlement would have allowed me to get a used 2015 Prius, which is what I thought I would do. However, decided to go to Fred Anderson and see about the 2017 Prius Prime. Andre was delightful to work with. We drove a Prius 4, and a Prius Prime, and took home more details about them. He did none of the "What do I have to do to get you into a new car today?" pressure. Just friendly and calmly gave us the facts we needed. I decided I wanted a Prius 4 because of the safety features that were on it, even though it had a lot of things I didn't want. Andre found me an upgraded Prius 3, that had everything I wanted, didn't have the things I didn't want, was even in the perfect color, and let me know when it arrived. He went over my new car in more detail than anyone ever has, introduced me to the service manager. This was clearly the easiest, and best car buying experience I have ever had. More
