He was also with me every step of the way, from the moment I walked in the door, through the financing process, educating me on the operation of the car until I left with my new QX60. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was a Market Human Resource Manager with Walmart so I'm very aware of how an associate interacts with customers. If he worked for me he would quickly go up the ladder in positions. More
