Very Pleasant Buying Experience From the greeting in the parking lot, our salesman, Andre Thomas, was very warm and personable. At no time did we ever feel pressured or like we were wasting his time. He took his time and explained all the bells and whistles of the Chevy Malibu to us and let us pick out the one that we wanted with no pressure at all to choose the more expensive model. Once we had a decision made, the credit application was fast and easy. He even fed us while we waited which was just maybe 15 minutes or less. The finance manager, Ryan Sitter, came to get us in less than 10 minutes and our approval and explained everything to us before any signatures were put on paper. There was no pressure to add more expensive add-ons and he made sure there were no further questions before we moved on to the paper. We really appreciated his honesty with everything and how smoothly the entire process went. We had help with setting up the OnStar, the bluetooth and everything we needed before we left the dealership. The car was full and clean before we left as well. We truly appreciate our team of Mr. Thomas and Mr. Sitter for all of their diligence and warmth and making sure that we left happy customers. We will definitely be sending our friends in that direction! More
