Car buying is always a long drawn out process. At Advantage Chevy Andre kept the drawn out process to a minimum. Had 5 test drives scheduled. Went to this dealership first and Andre Thomas gave me a deal that was extremely better than ANY other dealer. I didn't even end up going to any other dealerships. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook. From the moment we walked in the door until we drove away in our new truck, it was a wonderful e experience with Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook. From the moment we walked in the door until we drove away in our new truck, it was a wonderful experience. We never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. Andre Thomas is FABULOUS! He's very friendly, professional, thorough and most of all trust worthy that you're getting the best deal. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Andre. We WILL be back when the 2015 Tahoe's come out to make another purchase with Advantage and Andre. Regarding the financing, Khaalis Alexander was also FABULOUS! Friendly, professional and fast! We didn't have to sit in his office for hours like some dealerships. It was an extremely wonderful experience. More

First of all, let me say that I don't take the time to write on line reviews. Until now. I got several internet quotes on new Impalas from Jim Galbraith (and other dealerships) before I visited Adv to write on line reviews. Until now. I got several internet quotes on new Impalas from Jim Galbraith (and other dealerships) before I visited Advantage, where I worked with Andre Thomas. Andre took me for a test drive and explained the features of the car in a no pressure situation. The Impala is a great car and everything checked out just as I expected, so it was time to buy. I kept waiting for the "catch" on why I wouldn't get the internet price, but it never came- I bought the car for the price that was quoted. Advantage is not the closest Chevy dealership to my house, but they earned my business with a great combination of price, patience and service. I know it sounds simple, but they did what they said they would do. And my Impala is really a great car! More

I felt that he was very knowledgeable and it made me very comfortable with making my purchase. I felt like Andre was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. In addition, I didn't feel like I was being sold just a product, it felt like my needs were taking into consideration and that they vehicle that was chosen was the best one for me at that time. Once the purchase was completed, I felt confident that all my concerns would be addressed should the need arrive. Once again, I am thankful that Andre was the one helping me because he made the entire experience very comfortable and I was confident in my purchase. More

Walked in just to look at a car I seen that I was very interested in. Andre was very friendly and had great customer service and attitude to keep the customer pleased while waiting for different paperwork interested in. Great help on getting the price I wanted for the vehicle also. Tim was great too with explaining warranties and gap insurance to me to help me greatly understand what exactly I was looking at. I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future for anyone looking for a vehicle at the right price with great customer service. More
