My first encounter was with Jim Galbraith regarding an online vehicle, he was very professional, and took the time to hear me out on were I want my payments to be. He was knowledgeable about all the cars he shown us, he was very professional and he listened to what our needs and wants were and felt comfortable he was going to sell us the car we wanted. The process of car buying was alittle easier going to Advantage Bolinbrook, everyone who we came in contact with had a smile and upbeat attitude including Humberto and Tim who knew their jobs so well. My online and phone contact is Jim Galbraith. He had all the answers to my questions and made me feel at ease at doing a deal 350 miles away. Upon my arrival I was treated friendly and with respect. I was i the answers to my questions and made me feel at ease at doing a deal 350 miles away. Upon my arrival I was treated friendly and with respect. I was introduced to Andre Thomas, my sales person. He is very knowledgeable of the truck I was buying, answered all my questions, showed me everything on the truck and went on a test drive with me. He made the buying experience a great one. The deal I made on the phone was the deal I made at the dealership. No surprises, or "oh yea, we forgot to tell you". They stuck to their word. He did not "disappear" after all the paperwork was signed and I was waiting on the truck to be cleaned up and delivered to me. He is very personable and I could tell he was not carrying on a "fake" conversation to kill time before the vehicle was delivered to me. I would definitely make Advantage and Andre my first choice when making another purchase. Thanks. More

Our sales person Andre Thomas was great. He was very personable and was extremly well versed on the Equinox line and the unit we purchased. During the sales process Andre was tranparent in all aspects o personable and was extremly well versed on the Equinox line and the unit we purchased. During the sales process Andre was tranparent in all aspects of the transaction. When we came to pick up the car Andre stayed on top of the delivery process by making sure the car was throughly prepped and we were comfortable with the operation of the vehcle before we drove home. A few days after the sale Andre phoned me as a follow up to make sure we were satisfied and had any concerns. I would recommed if you are in the market for a vehicle, I higly recomend Advantage and Andre Thomas for the sale. More

My parents worked with Andre before on the purchase of my dad's camero and had a wonderful experience the first time, which is why my mom chose to go back and have Andre sell us my new Chevy Sonic.
