Last night I got a call from a personnel of Advantag Chevrolet of Bolingbrook to let me know about the arrival of some vehicles. So today I went expecting another stressful dealer experience. For my su Chevrolet of Bolingbrook to let me know about the arrival of some vehicles. So today I went expecting another stressful dealer experience. For my surprise it was the opposite. This is the first time I do business with them and won't be the last. Their customer service is outstanding. They went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. We had been thinking of buying a new vehicle and went to Advantage since we'd done business there for many years. He was very knowledgeable in explaining and setting up the systems in conjunction with our old accounts from our trade-in. Overall a great car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Andre who took the time to work with us over the course of two days since we couldn't take our new 2013 Chevy Avalan friendly and helpful, especially Andre who took the time to work with us over the course of two days since we couldn't take our new 2013 Chevy Avalanche home the first night. My husband and I came to the dealership on our anniversary. We were both dreading "car shopping", but Andre made our experience so easy and relaxing.
