Instead, I had a very simple, pleasant and quick experience. I checked the inventory online, confirmed on Saturday with Andre that it was on the lot, got the final price over email from Andre Saturday afternoon, preapplied online for Honda incentive financing through the website, and then visited in person on Sunday to buy the car. Andre was very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and took extra steps to make my purchase as easy as possible. He took a call after hours on Saturday to discuss a timeline for purchase and then call me before the dealership opened on Sunday to confirm the car was still available. He made sure the car was ready when I arrived and things went smoothly with the other departments. I was out in less than 2 hours, which included a test drive and a hands on walk through of the tech features and settings. I would recommend Andre and this dealership. I've already scheduled online to have some additional parts installed next week on my new vehicle! More
