Found a 2017 ford edge that i wanted, andre got me in with his genuine personality. He has been absolutely amazing. joe got me in on a great deal, and nate solidified the deal with a great rate. My only grips is that the service department was not through on their inspection of the vehicle as there were 2 preexisting issues with the car which were a check engine light that was cleared at some point before the car was sold, and a coolant consumption issue that unless the previous owners had told them, they would have had no knowledge about. Nice place to get a car. Great customer service. Only thing I didn't like is having to wait for the car even though I was told it would take a Couple days. It took longer tha Great customer service. Nate Hull was our salesman and he's a good guy. However, when Nate went on vacation and my final paperwork (title + registration) didn't arrive "in a couple weeks", I couldn't get anyone to return However, when Nate went on vacation and my final paperwork (title + registration) didn't arrive "in a couple weeks", I couldn't get anyone to return my calls when I asked if they'd even been mailed yet. I spoke to 2 gentlemen (one was Trey, other was Andre) who said they'd get me some info and call me back the same, or next day. They never called back. I was finally given the number to their title office at Cresmont Cadillac. I left a voicemail there, still no one returned my call. Really felt like once my check cashed for the Santa Fe, they didn't want to deal with me. Nate Eventually returned my e-mail and calls when he returned from vacation. More
