Not able to buy the used the Certified pre-owned car that I wanted and test drove. The car was listed on their website with their 10 Yr/100K powertrain warranty. I informed the sales person I would be putting a cash deposit down and using my credit union to finance the car at 4.49% which they can't obviously meet . After speaking with the manager, he then came back to me and stated that his manager would not give me their certified pre-owned powertrain warranty and that the website was incorrect. The power train warranty would then be another 3k on top of the negotiated price. I walked away from the deal and will not ever used Crestmont Hyundai ever again. They don't want cash buyers since there's no profit in it for them More
