Michael Kass was amazing throughout the process. COVID has define disrupted the availability of new vehicles but Mike made the process easy and painless. He was able to help me purchase the vehicle I want has define disrupted the availability of new vehicles but Mike made the process easy and painless. He was able to help me purchase the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with the options I wanted. I never felt pushed or forced to make a decision. During the long wait for the vehicle to arrive he provided routine updates on the status of the vehicle and what to expect. Andrea Welsh was also very helpful and understanding when I stopped in and Mike was helping another guest. When the vehicle did arrive he ensured it was prepped and stayed late to ensure I understood all of the technology features. The tablet he was using made it very easy to grasp the concepts. I could not recommend Mike and the team at Bettenhausen more. I am watching other friends rant on Facebook about their sleazy car buying experiences elsewhere and continue to sing Bettenhausen’s praises. More
