Andres Flores was great. I walked in knowing what I wanted and made the deal very quickly. Financing then took over 2hrs to complete !! I was approved in 20mins but then i I walked in knowing what I wanted and made the deal very quickly. Financing then took over 2hrs to complete !! I was approved in 20mins but then it took over 2hrs to complete the paperwork. I was completely annoyed at the slowness and NO COMMUNICATION. As I sat in the front watching the 2 girls at the desk look at baby photos on their phones only to find out I was waiting on them to print the paperwork, Like I said Andres was excelent, but everyone else needs to focus on there jobs and the CUSTOMER ! More
