Great experience! Love Pembroke Pines Subaru. It was the end of my lease on my 2016 crosstrek and I was ready for a new one. My salesman Andres Gomez was amazing. Even when the hubby hated my color choice and had to go in again to sort it out, he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Drove away with my new crosstrek and we were very happy all around. Came back the following day with my mom and she drove away with a new Impreza! Mom was thrilled and loved Andres also! More

Andres was great Although the end product was satisfactory, getting there was difficult. Even though we were ready to pay a substantial down payment on the car and had Although the end product was satisfactory, getting there was difficult. Even though we were ready to pay a substantial down payment on the car and had secured outside financing, the dealership's management initially defied standard practice and demanded that they be in receipt of the payment from our outside financers before we could take the car home. This is especially nonsensical given that we have bought a car from this dealership as recently as two years ago and this was not an issue then. No one from management was able to provide a satisfactory explanation for why this was demanded. The dealership's manager, Duane Massa, managed to be downright condescending while failing to explain this. The saving grace of our experience was Andres Gomez, our salesperson, who did everything in his power to make sure we had a good experience and was crucial in resolving this dispute. More

Communication is nonexistent. My car went in with a check engine light. Found out it needs a harness. The car was there previously for the same issue, and spent 26 days there. Went I went to pick it up, there was an area of paint missing on the roof. Mind you it’s a 2018 with 2400 miles. Service manager Chris says that warranty will not cover the missing paint. Well the paint was fine when I brought it in 26 days earlier. Says he’ll take care of the paint as a “goodwill”. So I take his word. Now back to the present, the car has now been there this time for 5 weeks waiting on a harness, part was not available. Now 5 weeks later, part arrives, gets installed I get a call to authorize the shop foreman to drive the car, I say yes, and ask did you address the roof paint issue? “Uhhhh, not sure, let me check and I’ll get back to you.... that was 4 days ago. Question... do you think they painted my roof and forgot to call me back to pick up? Or, maybe, they never painted my roof while the car waited 5 weeks for a part in the parking lot. 🤔 More

Communication nonexistent Subaru of Pembroke Pines is a complete let down. My car was towed in to the service department and of the 8 days it’s been there I was only contacted Subaru of Pembroke Pines is a complete let down. My car was towed in to the service department and of the 8 days it’s been there I was only contacted once, and that was the day it was towed in. I don’t know if my car is done, I don’t know if the car is waiting for parts, and to get a live person on the phone with the exception of the front desk girl would possibly take an act of Congress. I’ll can also report that dropping your vehicle off after hours is much quicker than dropping off during business hours. I had to wait 45 minutes to speak to an advisor vs 10 minutes to fill out a key drop envelope. They’re pretty good at throwing false accusations when they’re frustrated, quick to point the finger right back at you for issues on your car. I don’t recommend this dealership for any repairs. Lastly I was told that my car was getting washed, when I picked it up it still had the same amount of brake dust on the wheels, and a ton of oak leaves (it was never washed). More
