Went in for an oil change, battery test, and wiper blades at 3pm. Did not leave until 6pm as I was waiting at the dealership. He also checked on the recall notices for my vehicle type. Battery was abnormal even though I had just gotten a new one on my LAST visit. Not a lot of updates. Always go in thinking it's just an oil change and wind up spending $200+. This time just took WAY longer. I was the last person in the lobby. Everyone- including people who came in AFTER me- left before me. More
