Though the showroom is currently under remodeling, I experienced no inconveniences in check-in, parking, waiting, restrooms, etc. during my maintenance appointment for my '24 CRV. I ended up paying a bit more than I anticipated, but having the backing of dealership service backing my vehicle's maintenance I guess makes it worth it. More

I went for my oil change and James was courteous as always and was able to do the work needed in a very short time. James was extremely rude argumentative and did not treat me as a valued customer in fact he disputed a mechanic mistake , shrugged and acted as if it was no big deal that I would need another timing chain a me as a valued customer in fact he disputed a mechanic mistake , shrugged and acted as if it was no big deal that I would need another timing chain and made the comment I don’t know how you drive . I am a73 year old women who’s drives my children to school and taking them to various activities my car is extremely important to be safe - I take good care of my car . My rental car reeked of marijuana that also was met with nonchalance - only the service manger was of any help . Due to James demeanor I am thinking of not replacing my Honda with another Honda but finding a different make of car . Honda on Grand has not been very helpful to me at all! I am going to social media to warn others this is not a dealership for people looking for useful help More

Had a great experience at Honda on Grand. James was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what my car needed and didn’t push me to do any needless work, which I re James was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what my car needed and didn’t push me to do any needless work, which I really appreciated. Even though I live just two miles from another Honda dealership, I’ll only bring my car here. The service was efficient, communication was great, and my car was ready when promised. Highly recommend. More
