After taking delivery of the 2024 Acura RDX, we were headed home found the air conditioning not functional. We retuned the car to the dealership and was given a loaner car. My only concern was the P headed home found the air conditioning not functional. We retuned the car to the dealership and was given a loaner car. My only concern was the PDI process not finding this issue. I trust the other check list was completed as should have been. More

First of all I'll start out that we love the vehicle and would give it 5 stars. We purchased a 2022 RDX Aspec Advance back in August. The RDX we purchased was probably the cleanest we found in several sta would give it 5 stars. We purchased a 2022 RDX Aspec Advance back in August. The RDX we purchased was probably the cleanest we found in several states so my wife and I drove from Ky. to purchase from them. First off they tac on the so called Total care package that they originally wanted to charge $1995 but finally dropped to $895 which was bogus and non negotiable. When we sit down in front of the finance person (Julie) she admitted that it was basically just an add on fee. She seemed to be not very professional nor knowledgeable in her job. The sales person (Jason) was I feel as helpful as they would let him be. After we signed all the paperwork Julie informed us that the copies of all the paperwork would be sent to us via mail instead of given to us that day like all other dealerships do. After we left the dealership we discovered that the none of the manuals were in the vehicle. I called the dealership back and spoke with Jason and Julie and was told that it was a used vehicle and nothing could be done other than go online and download one. I found this unacceptable considering how much the vehicle cost and them adding on the bogus $895 package. After speaking to her manager who was condescending, reluctantly agreed to replace it but I had to call several times to remind them and finally received it a few weeks later. I had to call several times to request copies of the papers we singed and I have still yet to receive all of them. This is a very poorly ran and unethical dealership. If I could give the negative stars I would. I hope they enjoy the money they received from us because it will be the first and last time I purchase from this dealer ship and I will continue to spread the work. More
