I've purchased multiple Hondas (7+) for our family from Curry in Chicopee over the past 20 years. The service as always been prompt and professional with every Honda I have purchased from them. The sales staff is very personable and always remembers me even when I'm just waiting for there for a service appt. . They do what they they promise. Only criticism is getting the secondary sales pitch for service plans and warranties. It is uncomfortable and shouldn't be a mandatory part of the sale process. I understand doing the paper work but leave the added sales push out for experienced buyers. More

Andy was very good at explaining all the new features in my new CRV. He explained them in language that I could understand. He understands that senior citizens are not as techy as their children and grandch my new CRV. He explained them in language that I could understand.
