All around great sales team! I was in the market for a new vehicle and came in to test drive a newer Honda Accord. Brandon was very helpful in understanding what I was looking for and why. He shared some of his own experiences about his Hondas for his family. Negotiation was very reasonable and respectful, I'm sure it helped that I did all my research before hand on the exact car, trim, options, etc. I scheduled my pickup for a day that was convenient for me but Brandon was off. Thus, Andrew stepped in to be my liaison for the closing. I appreciate how well the Valley Honda sales team works together and that even though Andrew wasn't my original salesmen I still received the overall VIP treatment. More over I appreciate that clear communication from both Brandon and Andrew that I was never just sitting there for even 10 minutes at any point without knowing exactly what was going on. More

We were at the dealership on a busy Saturday but Andrew made the car buying process easy and stress free. He gave a great demo of the vehicle before a test drive and also let my wife and I take it out on our own to get an even better feel for it after the initial test drive with Andrew. Andrew offered several add on packages for the vehicle but was not pushy and accepted that we weren't interested in adding additional costs. The F&I office was quick and easy as well. Overall a great experience with Andrew and Valley Honda as a whole. I'd recommend both to anyone looking for a Honda in the area. More

Not your typical car sales experience I have always dreaded having to go into a dealership to buy a new car. In fact my last two cars (The latest one being a Honda) had been bought used on I have always dreaded having to go into a dealership to buy a new car. In fact my last two cars (The latest one being a Honda) had been bought used online which kept me from dealing with having to go into a car dealership and be pressured by pushy salespeople. I bought a new Honda Civic EX today and I have to say, I never expected the whole process to be so fun. Andrew Becker was our salesperson and was really enjoyable to work with from start to finish. I'm a visual person and I needed to see a model of the car in two different colors. He didn't even flinch and said he would pull the two colors side by side out in the lot so I could compare. He's very energetic and passionate about what he does and made sure I had all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. He didn't even mind my quirky sense of humor. I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in to look at the vehicles I was thinking about up until I left the dealership with my car. The dealership itself is comfy with beverages and such. Sales managers also come to thank you and make you feel like they are happy to serve you and that you have come there. So thank you Andrew for making this experience so painless and easy! More
