I told Irfan Hussain three times I did not want Lo Jack and he told me it was installed and mandatory. At that point I Googled Lo Jack and showed Irfan that it was not necessary and he told me that I would and he told me it was installed and mandatory. At that point I Googled Lo Jack and showed Irfan that it was not necessary and he told me that I would have to pay to uninstall it. Later, after I left I called Andrew and asked if the car would not work after five years and he paused and said it will work and I told him my experience, he sent me my money back for Lo Jack. All of my female friends do not want to come in and buy cars by themselves because of the reputation of car salesman and my story. More

Had a great salesman always answered my questions and OMAR was really nice and helpful. I was not to happy about waiting five hours to get my taillight fixed and a shifting problem I know they were busy OMAR was really nice and helpful. I haven't bought a new car in almost 20 years and this was the first time buying one on my own. No one explained anything to me with the paperwork or financing and the fact that if I wanted to secure my o was the first time buying one on my own. They got me a rate of 6. 49% with a credit union in Fort Wayne. I went to my own credit union and found a rate of 4.84%. Looking through the purchase agreement there were two charges that total almost $4,000 that I never approved. It's my own fault for not looking them over but I felt this all should have been explained to me, which it wasn't. I just felt like all they were focused on was the sale and not me as a customer.
