From the moment I walked in the door insearch of a new vehicle I was treated with great respect and friendliness, but little pressure. Abu exhibited great patience while I considered my options. He gladly took me to test drive several vehicles in spite of frigid temperatures. His knowledge of the vehicles considered was excellent and he did not push me toward any one vehicle over another. Next I worked with Andy Sweiss to consider lease options vs. purchase options. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and informative and patient as well. Additionally, he exudes friendliness and is the epitome of customer service in a day and age when that is rather rare. I left the dealership without making a decision, but felt no pressure to rush my decision. Abu offered to come in on his day off should that be convenient for my return. I did return and ultimately leased a 2014 Cruze with the assistance of Abu and Andy. The experience couldn't have been better. The level of professionalism I experienced at Jennings is beyond compare. I highly recommend Jannings Chevrolet to anyone considering buying any type of vehilce, new or used. In my search for a new Tahoe I met and worked with Debbie Ress. Right off the bat I liked her because she Listened to me and what I wanted. The vehicle I wanted would probably have to be ordered. I agreed 100%. She made a few suggestions based on available items that I was not aware of. I went back and forth a few times but Debbie was always courteous and got the information I asked for with no hesitation. She never got "pushy" as some salespeople do. I bought the Truck and have been very happy with it. A few service calls but your service department also performed very well. Heidi has been very helpful as well. I mentioned Andrew Clark as he took care of me on one visit when Debbbie was off. He too was very courteous and nice. All in all a very nice experience with Jennings and I did get you a new customer. My brother-in-law is now servicing his Chevy Van at Jennings since I recommended you to him. More

Let me say that the entire experience of working with Jennings Chevrolet and Dan Taylor and his team could not possibly of been any better! From the moment I picked up the phone to discuss what I wanted Jennings Chevrolet and Dan Taylor and his team could not possibly of been any better! From the moment I picked up the phone to discuss what I wanted to do until the very end when we completed the purchase these guys were on top of it. For a relatively small deal, this was not easy: Last minute title transfer, new first-time car buyer, out-of-state buyer, trade-in, budget restrictions and more, but they made it happen and I can actually say it was even fun! They were consistently upbeat and amazingly accommodating. I would recommend all of them and the dealership. I have already gotten committments from two of my friends to make their next purchase with Dan Taylor and his team at Jennings. I've used other dealers, but not anymore. Jennings is family now! Thank you so much for everything you did. You guys are the BEST. More

I know it may be hard to believe, but our experience buying a new car was enjoyable. Alan was opened minded to what we were interested in, and never pushed us on any options or even on the sale. Sales manager (Andy) was very respectful and helped guide us through this major investment (a TERRIFIC person). Andrew made sure that everything was perfect through this transaction. These gentlemen were knowledgable; honest; respectful, and never at any time did they push a sale on us. That's what sold us on Jennings Chevrolet. Found out that this was Alans' first sale with the dealership and would like to congratulate him on being a perfect gentleman and would like to wish him GOOD LUCK with his career at Jennings' !!!!!!!
