Mike took the time to explain things to us thoroughly and clearly. We felt like he was more concerned about us choosing the right vehicle than making a sale. Andrew and Logan were great help as well. They were patient and very courteous. They helped us test drive multiple cars and were very knowledgeable and if they couldn't answer a question, they were forthright and let us know. We enjoyed our car buying experience and give Mike and the crew the highest marks. More

Bozard is a family owned, single location operation, and you absolutely get treated better that at a corporate chain dealership. Zach Gibbs is a great representative of the Bozard standard. Very professional. He worked as a team with Jim Duran from the Lincoln side to help me identify a new vehicle when I was coming out of a lease. He developed a straightforward price estimate without a bunch of crazy add ons like “free air in your tires for life”. The test drives are a good experience and there is no pressure to “trap the sale.” They let you come to the decision on your own. I have bought from Bozard before and have always found the sales and service staff courteous. No hassles or conflicts. The service department is sharp and gets on things right away. You will absolutely like the experience. More

Andrew Discukes, as-well as Jenna Thomas made the whole difference, if you want to feel like you’re at home this is the best place to purchase a vehicle. I really don’t know how to thank them, they will go to great lengths in order to make their customers happy and it truly shows. Both these dealers made it feel like I was the one in control, they didn’t push any deals or extra expenses onto me which goes a long way in this sort of deal. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that I’m lucky and grateful to have the two best dealers in the world sit me down and allow me to walk out with my dream car. There are no words that could display my gratitude for you two!:) More
