When I buy a vehicle, I prefer a straightforward process: handle everything virtually, show up to pick up the car, and have the vehicle and financials match exactly what was discussed. I initially reached out to Bryan and let him know which vehicle I wanted, provided details on my trade-in, and explained that I intended to make a purchase within 36 hours. Since it was during the work week, I was limited to communicating by text, and Bryan was incredibly responsive, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. When it came time to finalize financing, CJ was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the payment I was looking for. The entire process was transparent and hassle-free. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. There were no surprises, no pressure tactics, and no wasted time. Trust is purchasing a vehicle without ever physically seeing the vehicle. On top of that, I live in Texas, the dealership is in Florida, I never left my living room and the vehicle was just delivered to seeing the vehicle. Not once did I test drive the vehicle. Not once did I spend a precious weekend of time (your most valuable resource) at a dealership being “sold” on a vehicle. No once did I feel pressured to make a deal or be told I had a “limited window” to make a decision. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I also traded in two vehicles to make the deal work financially. They picked those up when they dropped off my vehicle at my front door. Bozart will go down as the greatest car dealership ever who never “sold” anything. They were responding to my wants, made me feel heard, sent options and took every call. Ryan nailed it on the vehicle and Bryan stayed late on a holiday to get the deal done.
