The Best Big Three!!! I worked with Andrew, Sonya & Todd. They're truly a dynamic BIG THREE better than the 96 Chicago Bulls. The whole process was hassle-free (even lookin I worked with Andrew, Sonya & Todd. They're truly a dynamic BIG THREE better than the 96 Chicago Bulls. The whole process was hassle-free (even looking for my vehicle on their website was easy, their websites are very user friendly & I searched from a desktop computer & my mobile device) & they're very knowledgeable. Great customer service is an understatement. I don't have perfect credit and they worked with me to get me in a nice reliable car that has low mileage & most importantly LOW PAYMENTS. These 3 were so amazing, I can't thank them enough. Definitely would recommend. I will definitely be buying my next car from them as well!!! More

Terrible Customer Service I purchased a car and there were so many problems that ended up happening. There were so many things going wrong in the matter of 2 weeks! This car is I purchased a car and there were so many problems that ended up happening. There were so many things going wrong in the matter of 2 weeks! This car is two years old! They couldn't wait for us to sign the paperwork and be on our way so they could get rid of us as quickly as possible! The employees at this dealership were so rude and disrespectful. They were uncaring. I financed part of the total price of the car through the dealership and they were so informative. They screwed up on the paperwork. Now, a few months later, I learn that my loan is totally different than what I thought it was supposed to be. I am basically paying two interest rates! After my loan term is up, the total that I have paid will almost be double! When I learned of this, I called the dealership back asking if they could help me, they were so rude about it. They didn't want to listen at all. They just tell you it's in the contract. They have you sign something and then oops, it's not their fault. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka, MN needs to figure out what they stand for. Figure out your morals and values. More

Curt was ready and waiting with a cooled off vehicle for me to drive when I got there. Very patient and knowledgeable about the car and all the features. When we came back to complete the deal He was with other customers but made Sure we were taken care of and then gave a very thorough run through of the technology in the car. I don't like all the stigma that buying a car used to be and I am pleased to say that Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka made the experience almost painless. Plus I love my car!!!' More

Some misrepresentation, but overall a reputable dealer. I did a lot of research about Morrie's Mazda after I found a $2,999 Chevy Cavalier on AutoTrader that was there. I found them to be a very reputable d I did a lot of research about Morrie's Mazda after I found a $2,999 Chevy Cavalier on AutoTrader that was there. I found them to be a very reputable dealership. I was looking specifically for a rust-free vehicle, and was very interested in the Cavalier when the salesperson assured me multiple times that there was no rust on it. I am from Michigan, and purchased the vehicle without seeing it because of all of the positive reviews of the dealership and the BBB rating of A+. I got it shipped to Michigan, and when it got here there was rust all over the rocker panels, which is not what I expected at all. I gave the sales manager, Andrew, a call to let him know that I was not thrilled with the condition of the vehicle and that I did not want it because it had rust on it, and that there was miscommunication between the salesperson and I. After sending him pictures of the rust, Andrew ended up seeing where I was coming from and was willing to refund my purchase price and also pay for the return shipping of the car. I really appreciated how Andrew handled the situation, and how he really helped me out with getting the car back to them. The car was pretty decent, and I understand that rust is common in Minnesota, but I was convinced by the salesperson that there was no rust on it and believed it because the dealership was otherwise very reputable. I was looking for a totally rust-free car, and unfortunately that was not the one I was looking for. Overall, I do think that Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda is a reputable dealer, and there was just some serious miscommunication from the salesperson. Andrew jumped through many hoops to keep me happy, even though I was originally not satisfied with the car because it was misrepresented. Casey in the finance department was also very helpful in the process of paying for the car originally and was friendly and easy to work with. I am grateful that Andrew was so considerate and willing to help me with the situation any way he could. More

This is a fantastic dealership. I bought a used Mazda 3 at this dealership and unbeknownst to them, there were two unusual problems with the car. Even though neither of the issues w I bought a used Mazda 3 at this dealership and unbeknownst to them, there were two unusual problems with the car. Even though neither of the issues were caused by the dealership, they have bent over backward to make sure my car works the way it's supposed to. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. I should also mention I had a hard time deciding whether to lease a new car or buy a used car and they were incredibly patient as I waffled back and forth. This is my second Mazda and when I buy my third, I will only buy it from Morrie's. Finally, the price was better than anywhere else. More

We came in to see a used truck and he was very helpful giving us the information we needed. He was very low pressure and had a great outlook on the dealership and company. You could tell he was proud of what the dealership stood for. Casey was also very helpful in financing and made the process pleasent. In addition, they towed our old Escape from another dealership at no cost and matched what others where going to trade in for our old car. Very impressed with this dealership and would use them next time we are looking for a new car. More

Mike's the man I met Mike O two years ago when buying my first new car. After being at a couple of dealerships and working with people who were clearly in desperati I met Mike O two years ago when buying my first new car. After being at a couple of dealerships and working with people who were clearly in desperation to get a sale, I walked in to Morrie's Mazda and ran into Mike. He went above and beyond showing me the car I thought I might like, and turned it into my dream car that I love and cherish today. Beyond the features, speed, handling, and overall owner rewards, Mike was the most un-annoying sales guy that really let me call the shots, but matched me with a car that was Ying to my Yang. In the last couple of years, I have bought or leased 4 cars from him, as well as recommended him to my mother, boyfriend, and brother who all drove out with a Mazda they cherished as well. In one experience, I had been in an accident and needed a car fast. Mike was the first person I called when I was ready to get back on the road, and without hesitation, he had pulled the perfect car for me, brand spanking new, off the shipping truck the second it came into the dealership, drove it out to my house, and I was sold in seconds when it rolled into my driveway. The next day when I got to the dealership, it was sitting up front, shiny from being through detail and inspection, ready to go for me. This sales and service team goes beyond providing you with a piece of metal on wheels. They match you with the exact quality and price that is within your means and provides you with a car of which to be proud. Any time I, or someone I know, has needed a car, we go straight to Mike because I know they're going to love their car as much as their experience buying or leasing it. Every time I walk into the dealership I feel respected and provided for, which is far more than I would ever expect feeling from buying a car, or in this case seven :) More
