No Loyalty from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda – Our car was stolen from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda on November 22 when thieves broke into their key drop box. We found out after the fact that there had been a ra stolen from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda on November 22 when thieves broke into their key drop box. We found out after the fact that there had been a rash of these thefts in the area and Morrie’s had already been hit once before. They never warned us about the previous theft, even though we told them we’d be dropping our car off the night before, we never would have dropped it off overnight if we’d known. The only car that was stolen was ours because they had the key, the only reason they had the key was because the lock box was not secure enough, but Morrie’s took no responsibility for the theft. Not once did someone from Morrie’s call us or try to make it right, even though we’ve purchased three cars from them and used their service department for all our maintenance. We foolishly believed their loyalty program went both ways, we’ve since learned that it’s only the customer that needs to be loyal, not Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda. More

Morries is a great dealer . Sales and service groups are closely coordinated with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. The facility is very new and modern - always clean and comfortable . Anne Brick was outstanding in explains all the features and taking me on test runs of all the different models. Anne was very professional, personable and a good listener. Everyone at the dealership is very helpful, professional and personable. I have used their service department for years and it is one of the reasons I chose Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda to buy my new car.
