I am not a car person, and generally speaking do not look forward to the process. My interest in the electric and hybrid technology motivated me to go for a test drive and the fact that my beloved Subaru had over 100,000 miles. My husband made an appointment the day before with Cameron over the phone. I would later learn that Thursday was Cameron's day off, but he accommodated our request. We test drove the Bolt and the Volt, and Cameron's knowledge was extensive and thorough. Of course he asked for the order, which I was unable to give him at the time because I needed to think about it. He invited us to call him on his cell at any time, since it was his day off. Bottom line, we purchased the car and absolutely love it. Cameron said to call with any questions, which I have done since this car is smarter than I am. Cameron was available and answered them all. Cameron explained that Emich is a full disclosure company and I always felt we were dealt with honestly and professionally. Andrew Espinoza, in finance, was also personal and professional. We also met Joshua Betancourt, the general sales manager. While our time with him was limited, on each occasion that we spoke to him, it was clear that he is service oriented and that he cares for the people who work for him. All and all, high marks to Emich Chevrolet and our experience there. More

Only go to Emich if you have cash Finance department and sales people need more training. They need to call and verify the correct pay off. I bought one truck from Emich service good. We keep coming back because our experiences are always pleasurable. Our original salesman is now working in the finance department and remembered us. Andrew Espinoza is wonderful at his job. He walked us through the options available to us. Explaining as much as we wanted. Matt Laramy sold us our last two cars from Emich. He was patient as my son bought his first new car. He talked to him about the benefits and features with each of his options. He explained what the payments would be on each new and used. What warranty options there were and why they were different with each deal. Joe Altmix even came by to say hi. He is always there with a wealth of information if I have questions about the service of any of our vehicles. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks guys More

With my safety in mind Christina had the dealership replace the cracked windshield. While my truck was at the dealership to replace the cracked windshield I elected to have a Linex bed liner installed. Having only had the vehicle for only two days I expected to get it back in the same condition I dropped it off in. Detailed from the purchase. Wrong, there was a mess all over the dash, and carpet from the removal and install of the windshield. There also was dirty foot prints all over the light grey sill plates where I assume the folks at Linex stepped all over and didn't clean while they were in the process of spraying the bed liner. So, if you have extra stuff done , check your car before you leave unlike what I did. More
