The Groove Subaru dealership has people who truly care. From our first encounter with Andrew Franco on a random Saturday evening in late July 2022 to the final purchase of our new 2023 Outback in mid-Septe From our first encounter with Andrew Franco on a random Saturday evening in late July 2022 to the final purchase of our new 2023 Outback in mid-September, my family & I felt truly heard & cared about by each person we worked with here. We met Andrew on the lot on our walk back home from test driving cars at a different spot. We asked him if it was possible to just look at some cars from the outside. The store was already closed & we had expected to be told that we’d have to come back when they opened again. Andrew welcomed us & we knew right away from this small gesture that we’d be back & wanted to work with him specifically. He took our information down & within a couple of days, we scheduled time to test drive some cars. We tried the Outback, Forester, & the Ascent & ultimately decided on the Outback. We thought we were going with used & Andrew called later to talk us through the different options they had available & what our options could be if we waited. Our family thought that there were things we felt like we would compromise with getting a used car. We decided to wait for the 2023 even though we’d have to wait awhile for it. Andrew walked us through the entire process & for an entire month, Andrew kept us informed about the status of our car like its ETA & anything we needed to have to make sure the purchase went smoothly (e.g. insurance, check). Andrew was super great, honest, & informative. He was patient & listened to our needs & wants. We never felt like we were pushed into a sale. He responded timely whenever I texted him to see if the ETA changed since I was super eager. He is extremely personable & it felt like hanging out with a friend. When it came time to pick up the car, Andrew & his finance team (Jeremy & Grace) were all so welcoming & informative. They made sure we knew what our options were for coverage, what the items meant on the paperwork, & overall, were just so patient as my husband & I tend to ask 100 questions. Again, we never felt rushed which made the experience feel that much better. We highly recommend Andrew Franco & this dealership! More

Probably the best car buying experience I have had and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life. Travis was awesome to deal with he was super attentive to what we said we wanted and our needs. Going beyon have bought a lot of vehicles in my life. Travis was awesome to deal with he was super attentive to what we said we wanted and our needs. Going beyond to help us find the right fit. Kudos to the dealership management they must be doing something right to attract and train sales people to listen first. Although Travis is fairly new his professionalism is not. He went out of his way to be sure that we had everything we needed to understand how to use features that were new to us. Even going so far to help us sync our phones. If Travis is any indication of the dealership they are both a cut above the rest we will be back. And telling our friends to ask for Travis Willis More
