My 4th Subaru Outback was purchased from Grand Subaru on May 20th 2022. With the remarkable aid of salesman Mark Hoen & Finance guru Andrew Jennings & my friend of 17 years Ryan Drouin finding the right new May 20th 2022. With the remarkable aid of salesman Mark Hoen & Finance guru Andrew Jennings & my friend of 17 years Ryan Drouin finding the right new Subaru for me was yet again a breeze both in the transaction & the financing. Kudos go out to this fine group at Grand Subaru for taking care of their customers. They always, ALWAYS, are accessible and ready to help in answering any questions and concerns a client might have. For me, there is no reason to look anywhere else for trading/purchasing a car. Nobody does what this dealership does. They are tops in their district for a reason...they care and take the burden of "doing a deal" off the shoulders of their customers and getting that deal to be a surprising joyous reality. I couldn't be happier. My new 2022 Outback Limited has exceeding every expectation. Trading in my 2018 Outback Premium for the new Limited ended up the perfect choice for me and Mark Hoen walked me through all the new features of the Limited. We bought a used care from Grand Subaru, and it was a very easy experience. Mark Hoen was super friendly and made my daughter feel at ease during her test drive (her first). Mark was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. I appreciate the time he spent texting and emailing with me before our appointment as I had to travel about an hour and half to the dealership pushy.
