I have been bringing my Subaru(s) here for the last 5 years and have purchased two from Jason. That says a lot! Friendly, caring, funny and it feels like Jason is genuinely invested in what I want and n years and have purchased two from Jason. That says a lot! This was my first new car purchase and I was dreading it for a few months. But I spoke to Ramon over text and we got a deal in fairly quickly. During the day of, it seemed like there was a misunderstanding for a few months. But I spoke to Ramon over text and we got a deal in fairly quickly. During the day of, it seemed like there was a misunderstanding with one of the fees but he was like don't worry about it, we'll keep the OTD the same and get it done which was great to see. F&I with Andrew was pretty smooth, though I wish I had been presented with all the finance options instead of defaulting to 60m and having to ask for other terms. But overall, smooth transaction. Would recommend. More

I received a voice message from Jeff Schafer at Grand Subaru informing me 2.9 % interest rates being offered on the 2024 Subaru Outback, after I posted online that I was interested in a 2023 Forester. Jeff Shade was Honest, friendly, professional and assisted with me with getting a price lower than the MSRP throughout the Costco Auto buying program. I will be forever grateful to Jeff who was an advocate for me through this buying process and very timely with returning calls. He provided some discount’s pricing since my car was coming from a dealership in Indiana, which was refreshing and a blessing without me inquiring .
