I'll never forget...it was Sunday 11/3/24 and I contacted my salesman Charles Catania to let him know what happened. 30 minutes later Charles called me back and told me that he contacted BMW and they offered me an exception to rebuild my truck. In just under a month my new truck was at the dealership ready for me to pick it up. If that isn't what customer service is truly about then I don't know what is. Charles has always made my multiple purchases nice and simple and he's the main reason I stick with Circle BMW. More

Circle BMW gave me the best Christmas gift of the season. Salesman, Charles Cantania could not have made things easier. This all happened two days before Christmas, which was astonishing we were able to secure all the financing and necessary funds with shortened working days at the banks. I also traded in a vehicle and that was offered at top dollar. Charles assisted in the transfer of my personal items from old to new. I will only work with Charles for future deals. Wow, sums up my experience. Finally, I need to mention Service Manager, Bobby Datri for bringing all the players together and guiding a well-oiled ship at Circle BMW’s service department.
