My husband and I were looking to purchase two new vehicles, of course it was raining and cold and we were in a hurry. John and Andrew went above and beyond normal efforts to expidite the process and vehicles, of course it was raining and cold and we were in a hurry. My overall experience was great. I did not feel pressured at any time during my purchase. I have purchased new/used vehicles from 6 different dealers and have not been happy with one.
