Their services are very expensive and they almost charged me over $1000 on a repairs service when I had a warranty on my car (which they failed to check until I brought it up). I took in a 2012 used VW Beetle purchased for my son after he left NYC during the pandemic. I was looking for a good, used car from an individual. VW notified me of a recall.
