Amazing buying experience amazing experience buying a vehicle from the dealership. Relaxed and Friendly After doing much research on my next suv we decided to try the Mazda CX-5. After we did the research on the vehicle we researched dealers. We were wil After doing much research on my next suv we decided to try the Mazda CX-5. After we did the research on the vehicle we researched dealers. We were willing to travel to get the best deal. We decided to try Nelson Mazda Cool Springs mostly because of their inventory. We were met by Andrew at the door and this is were the Nelson difference started. Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable and not overbearing. We met with Patrick and the negotiations went smoothly. Although they didn’t have the color we wanted they had it in less than 24 hours. Andrew kept me informed on when the CX-5 would be ready. No problems in the finance office with Scott. I have purchased many new cars and this was one of the best to work with. My advice is to try Mazda and visit Nelson Mazda Cool Springs Ask for Andrew More

I knew I was going to buy a Mazda with ya'll! My last (2014) Mazda 3 was perfect and no issues. I always had my questions/problems resolved quickly and I have not experienced that with any other My last (2014) Mazda 3 was perfect and no issues.
