I don't know about you, but whenever I'm about to buy a car, I feel like I go in with armor up. I'm ready for the hard sell, to feel like I'm fighting for the best deal, and often I walk out feeling exhausted and even a little bit taken advantage of. But that couldn't have been more different at Nelson Mazda. Andrew (our sales associate!) was quick to tell us that they're not paid on commission, and you could tell. Andrew was on our team, there to help us make the best decision for us — no pressure. David (from finance!) and Patrick (from management) weighed in as we were trying to decide whether to lease or buy (we were on the fence) and it just felt like they were really on our team too. They were there to help us get the best car, the best deal, to figure out what worked best for our goals and our lifestyle, etc. I just felt so taken care of. Every interaction we had was positive, warm, friendly, and just wonderful. And my new car... my gosh... I'm in love. :-) I would recommend Nelson Mazda to anyone (and will to everyone!) I was impressed with the smooth ride, comfortable seats, breaking ease, agile handling of sharp turns and corners. I chose the CX-5 2017 model because it had more pep to it. Great vehicle, I'm loving it and enjoying the drive. I recommend this vehicle and this dealership. More
