I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sp The Sale Representative Andrew Perry was very pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased. I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sports Special Edition. He took me on a test drive and convinced me that this vehicle that I am driving is one of the best if not the best choice of sedan ever made. He also taught me the various functions of the vehicle. After he finished his sales presentation I had no other choice than to buy the vehicle . It the best choice I made, the car is great and wonderful especially with the remote start for hot and cold weather very nice. Leather interior with heated seats all of this takes comfort to another level. I would highly recommend this dealership for the wonderful experience of trustworthiness and professionalism that I received. More

Stress Relief My current leasing company was unable to find me the Accord EXL and my current lease was expiring. I called north shore to return the current vehicle. When connected to the manager, I was pleasantly surprised to find not one but five EXL vehicles. I immediately drove to the dealership and was able to drive home the same day with a car I absolutely love. More

The turnaround time and responsiveness by internet specialist Corey DiGiacomo was nothing short of outstanding. By the time we were ready to test drive (over a month later), Corey put us in touch with sales consultant Andrew Perry. Our appointment on December 22nd was for an upper trim Accord but my wife was by now leaning towards a small SUV, a fact made known to Andrew only upon our arrival at the dealership. Gracefully and graciously, Andrew took us on separate test drives with the Accord and the CRV. With the patience of Job, Andrew explained the features of both vehicles and, when it came time to negotiate a lease, a painless, fair deal was struck within a day.. The delivery process was both informative and thorough with Andrew having taken time away from a planned holiday break to accommodate us. Both individuals earned high marks in our eyes (10s on a scale of 1 to 10). We appreciated the "no pressure" sales process and are looking forward to working with the dealership on the vehicle's servicing needs. More
