Always exploited. I've been coming to have my 2007 Expedition repair hear for 8 years. I never leave without them coming up with some additional work that need to be done. Recently, I went for an oil change only to be told that I need a new engine, a $8,500.00 job. I find this odd because I have friends that have this same automobile that have well over 300,000 miles. More

Great customer service!!! Purvis Ford has the best services dept in town. I brought my Edge in and was told by Bob that that the earliest it could be looked at was the next Mon Purvis Ford has the best services dept in town. I brought my Edge in and was told by Bob that that the earliest it could be looked at was the next Monday, but he would fit me in that Wednesday so that Purvis could diagnosis the problem and order parts if needed. Bob got sick and my service guy was Andrew. Andrew was awesome!!! He keep me informed of the whole process. He was polite and professional. When I needed to chase down a maintenance receipt he offered to call Pohanka to have it fax to the office. That is great customer service!!!! This is the guy I want to come back to over and over again! Purvis has really great people working for them...I have never had a bad experience there. More
