Quick, knowlegeable, courteous and clean. I am happy to always come to a place that his spick and span and that's the way Lou Fusz is all the time. Not up to usual expectations We needed a taillight replacement in our 2013 Sorrento. I called twice and was told it was a quick fix and we did not need (could not make) an appoint We needed a taillight replacement in our 2013 Sorrento. I called twice and was told it was a quick fix and we did not need (could not make) an appointment) even though we preferred to drop off the car. We also had a key fob problem that we’d hoped was the battery. Upon arriving, my husband was sent to the waiting room. After 20 minutes, someone came out and asked if he knew his tail light needed replacing. Meanwhile, the key fob was not the battery, and we were told that it was $140 to even try to find out what was wrong. It seems ridiculous that for a six year old car, the key fob is unusable, that expensive to test, and over $400 to replace. The whole visit took over an hour; on the phone I had been told it would take 15-20 minutes and even called right before to confirm. We have always had good experiences at Lou Fusz Kia (in fact, we switched from Butler Kia to you because they lost our other key fob and then denied responsibility), so we were disappointed in this particular experience. -Debbie Banashek-Twist More

State Safety & Emissions Inspection I had the State Safety and Emissions inspections performed under the Lou Fusz Auto Rewards program. I have always found the service department honest and got explanations whenever requested. I trust this service department. The service manager, Mr Stumm took time to answer my questions and the mechanic, Chris Jones took the time to answer my questions after the inspection. More
