(honest) The work was completed in a timely manner, I was informed of the cost up front and I knew that I would be informed if they found additional work they recommended to be completed before they would proceed. I received a ride to my work and arrived before 8 am while the work was completed on my vehicle. They picked me up from work after the work was completed and convenient to my work schedule. A very pleasant, convenient, professional service by the staff and my car was cleaned before I picked it up which was a bonus....going the extra mile. Very pleased with the customer service of the Lous Fusz Kia of Creve Coeur and very satisfied with the reliable performance of the 1914 Kia Sportage. More

I had put this off to last minute and was leaving town the next day, and they very courte I recently took my KIA to Lou Fusz for some recall notices. I had put this off to last minute and was leaving town the next day, and they very courteously squeezed me in before I had to drive a long way. They found a tire issue inspecting my vehicle and i was very appreciative that they found this before I left down for a 3 1/2 hour drive. They not only squeezed me in on short notice, but finished my car ahead of estimated time, gave me a ride home, then came and picked me up when car was done. Really excellent service. More
