After already stating when I first sat with this punk that it was indeed covered under warranty. So since he was put on the hot seat when I asked for the name of the person whom passed my husband’s inspection and shouldn’t have, he got awfully offended (as any guilty person would) and said he wouldn’t give the name (that I have now thanks to my husband’s inspection papers)😉 and also now he wasn’t going to cover the job on my car under Toyota’s warranty…didn’t know we can pick and choose when to follow that. The whole funny part about this is someone is supposed to be his manager and not once did that person come to the customer (me) to discuss this after seeing and hearing there was clearly a problem going on. More
