Terrible unprofessional experience. Went to Herb chambers And the experience was seamless. It’s a shame because they have a beautiful building. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Purchase first Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4x4 Went into dealership with little expectations. Talked to the GM Andrew Turransky and informed him we only wanted to engage in a conversation with some Went into dealership with little expectations. Talked to the GM Andrew Turransky and informed him we only wanted to engage in a conversation with someone very knowledgeable of the Gladiator and Wrangler. Introduced to Yamen Dallaji. Yamen provided us with positive answers to all our questions. Didn't feel pressured to purchase a new Jeep. Took three different model Jeeps for a ride. While we waited for Yamen, Stephen Sullivan stepped up and allowed us to take a test drive on one of the Jeeps. Decided to purchase the Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4x4. Monday left a deposit and Tuesday picked up the new Jeep. Great job Yamen and Tom getting this done within 24 hours. Dealership is fortunate to have Yamen on his team. Everyone in the showroom very polite and professional. More

Did not receive notice of expiring free oil change I was very disappointed to find out that my last 2 free oil changes had expired. The vehicle is 2 years old this June and I was planning on using afte I was very disappointed to find out that my last 2 free oil changes had expired. The vehicle is 2 years old this June and I was planning on using after oil change this month and then another for the winter I was never notified by Chrysler or Jeep about the expiration date Such bad communication as all the dealer wants to do is sell you the car and not care about the services needed during car ownership Will never come back Thanks More
