Beyond Remarkable BEYOND REMARKABLE! This is how I’d describe my experience with Kelly Jeep, of Lynnfield, MA. Without exaggerating, I have “never” had such an enjoya BEYOND REMARKABLE! This is how I’d describe my experience with Kelly Jeep, of Lynnfield, MA. Without exaggerating, I have “never” had such an enjoyable and rewarding experience buying anything in my life – and I’m 66 years old. It was, in a word, “extraordinary.” I begin with my salesman, Yamen Dallaji, who was really more of an advisor, educator, and advocate than a salesman. I went into the dealership December 2nd (2018) on a horrendously rainy Sunday just to pick up a Wrangler Rubicon brochure. I still had 14 months to go on my leased Fiat 500L (Don’t ask me why I bought that car) and wanted to begin researching and getting excited about purchasing my “dream” car at the end of my lease… a 2-door-Jeep Rubicon. Long story short – Yamen LISTENED to me. He knew I was NOT going to buy that day, yet, he asked if I wanted to test drive a Rubicon – just for me to experience the new 2018 JL. I agreed. And I was blown away by every aspect of the vehicle. Back in the office, we both agreed, the timing wasn’t right because I would lose over $6,000 trading in the leased Fiat early. We shook hands and agreed to revisit this again in 6 months. Just 3 weeks later I couldn’t get the Jeep out of my mind or my heart. So I decided to see if there was a way to purchase the Jeep and unload the Fiat… I was hooked and didn’t want to wait a year (actually, I didn’t want to wait another week!). Yamen and I met on Thursday December 20th and discussed “possibilities.” We did NOT negotiate; we professionally and honorably discussed viable financial options. In close COLLABORATION with the sales manager (Andrew)… we came to terms. I chose a 2-door firecracker-red Rubicon JL that really is my dream vehicle. One last IMPORTANT comment. At Kelly Jeep, they have a most amazing CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE. I was treated so well and so kindly by everyone… from the receptionist to the GM. I felt so welcomed (and not because I bought a Jeep – remember, I left the first time expecting to wait a year)… but because Kelly Jeep and its employees understand that authentic and genuine relationship building matters. Yes, it’s about the quality of the vehicle… but it’s equally about the quality of the experience. And with Yamen and everyone at Kelly Jeep, it was a “WOW EXPERIENCE” for me… and that happens so infrequently these days. But it was Yamen, my concierge sales professional who led the way to this experience that was exceptionally enjoyable and unforgettable. So why only 5 stars? Yamen and the team at Kelly Jeep deserve a perfect 10. More
