Last week I purchased a vehicle- which is a process I'm not always a fan of. Their process was great - no pressure and everything moved on my timetable. When it came time to discuss price they were fair and efficient. I've always been a Toyota fan (this is my 5th Toyota I've owned) and they helped solidify me sticking with the brand.
